You can and should grind this faction. Since tuesday i have helped a friend Grind Netherwing Faction and he is just over halfway through revered. We AoE Grind the Flayers in the mines. We see probably 2-5 eggs an hour (he gets all of them as I dont have an epic flying mount yet). Between that and daily quests he should be exalted before tuesday.Between the races and finding eggs, there was no reason to farm for these when you could be doing something to get more money/rep.
